With Supernova, Patriarche’s vision goes even further: the restaurant extends architecture through lived experience. It is a place where we test, experience and share what we create every day. Supernova embodies sincere, generous and responsible cuisine. Working at Supernova means joining a team that values common sense, seasonality and local partnerships to create a respectful and joyful everyday experience.
It also means contributing to a project that is transparent, creative and deeply human
