The Finance and Accounting teams ensure the reliability of financial statements, the monitoring of financial flows, and the proper management of the budget. They oversee performance, support leadership teams in strategic decision‑making, and secure all operations, from invoicing to cash management. A central role in ensuring the group’s stability and growth.

The IT teams ensure the performance, security, and continuity of the information systems. They support users on a daily basis, manage the infrastructure, guarantee cybersecurity, and lead digital transformation projects to support the agency’s growth.

The Legal department secures the group’s activities by analysing and negotiating contracts, preventing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. It supports projects during tender and execution phases, manages insurance, litigation and compliance matters, and advises teams and management in their decision‑making.

The General Services teams ensure the agency’s daily operations run smoothly: managing spaces, reception, logistics, maintenance, procurement, suppliers, equipment, and safety. They work to provide a seamless, pleasant, and secure work environment that supports the needs of all teams.

The HR teams support employees throughout their journey: recruitment, onboarding, training, skills development, employee relations, payroll, and the strategic management of internal policies. They ensure well‑being, fairness, cohesion, and a shared culture across the agency.

The CSR team leads the group’s impact strategy across environmental, social, ethical, territorial engagement and governance topics. It coordinates initiatives and supports teams in integrating ESG considerations into projects and internal operations, contributing to a more sustainable and responsible business model.

The Communication team builds Patriarche’s image and reputation. It develops editorial and visual strategies, manages internal and external communication plans, showcases projects, supports public speaking and brand messages, and ensures the consistency of the group’s identity in France and internationally.

The Graphic Studio visually translates the agency’s projects, ideas, and identity. It designs, adapts, and produces all graphic materials in coordination with internal teams, ensuring visual quality, consistency, and creativity for both project deliverables and communication content.
