Project Manager Engineer
As the client’s main point of contact, the Project Manager Engineer oversees the entire project lifecycle, from design to delivery. They coordinate teams (architects, engineers, partners) and ensure that key project indicators—cost, timeline, quality, HSE, and risk management—are met. They also manage administrative approvals and liaise with external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

Cost Engineer
Cost engineers ensure the financial control of projects by producing cost estimates, quantities, and written documentation, from early design stages through to tendering. As cost and pricing experts, they support teams and clients in aligning architectural ambitions with technical feasibility and budget balance.

BIM Manager
The BIM Manager organizes and leads the BIM process throughout the project. They coordinate the various stakeholders, structure information exchanges, and ensure the quality and consistency of data.
