Our professions

Cost engineers ensure the financial control of projects by producing estimates, quantities, and written documentation, from the earliest studies through to the tendering phase. As experts in costs and budgeting, they support teams and project owners in balancing architectural ambitions, technical feasibility, and budget constraints.
The Electrical teams design both high‑voltage and low‑voltage installations, from electrical schematics to the full sizing of systems. They ensure the quality, safety and performance of networks while integrating the requirements of technical coordination, smart building solutions, architectural lighting, and service continuity on projects of all levels of complexity
Energy and Environmental engineers optimise the sustainable performance of projects through thermal studies, LCA analyses, simulations, and environmental strategies. They provide informed solutions to reduce carbon impact, improve comfort, meet certification requirements, and support co‑design with architecture and engineering teams.
Our HVAC engineers and technicians design heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, plumbing, and special‑fluids systems tailored to every project typology, from simple buildings to highly technical environments. Their expertise in studies, system sizing, and BIM modelling ensures reliable, high‑performance solutions that are perfectly integrated into the architectural design.
Project engineers oversee projects in all their dimensions: contractual, technical, financial, and organizational. They coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relations, control risks, and ensure the smooth execution of operations from the competition phase through to delivery. A key role in orchestrating the success of ambitious projects.
Structural engineers and technicians design and size the structural frameworks of projects (wood, concrete, steel or hybrid), incorporating technical, architectural, and regulatory constraints. From concept design to construction documents, they ensure the stability, feasibility, and technical consistency of the structures, working in close coordination with all disciplines.
Roads and utilities specialists design external infrastructures: roadways, wet and dry networks, grading, stormwater management… Their technical expertise, from drafting to calculation notes, ensures functional, safe, and site‑appropriate developments. They also provide technical coordination with all project stakeholders.
