Provide hands-on support and training for shared equipment
Act as the first point of contact for operational issues
Foster a collaborative and professional lab environment

Act as a technical interface during prospect qualification phases to align tenant requirements with operational capabilities
5. Process Optimization & Scaling

Identify efficiency improvements in lab workflows and service delivery
Support the development of new service offerings (e.g., shared equipment models)
